  • We work primarily with freshwater pearls, natural semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver, 14k gold-filled, gold vermeil, and select pieces in solid 14k gold. Each material is chosen for its durability, beauty, and timeless wearability.

  • Yes. We use natural gemstones that have been personally sourced and handpicked by Kico. Because they are formed by nature, slight variations in tone, inclusions, and pattern are part of their character and uniqueness.

  • Yes. All pearls used in our collections are genuine freshwater pearls. Each pearl carries its own subtle shape and luster — no two are exactly alike.

  • Most of our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. If you have specific sensitivities, please reach out before purchasing and we’ll happily guide you.

    • Gold-filled contains a thick layer of bonded gold over a base metal and is highly durable for everyday wear.

    • Gold vermeil is sterling silver coated in a layer of gold.

    • Solid gold is gold all the way through and will not tarnish over time.

    Each offers a different balance of price, longevity, and heirloom quality.

  • Yes. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and inspected before shipment.

  • We release new collections seasonally, with occasional capsule drops throughout the year.

  • Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist just above the wrist bone. Add ¼–½ inch for a comfortable fit. If you’re unsure, reach out to our team and we’d be happy to help.

  • Many of our necklaces include extender chains for layering flexibility. Product descriptions will specify the length and adjustability.

  • Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, especially when exposed to moisture, air, or certain skincare products. Gentle polishing with a sterling silver polishing cloth will always restore your piece to its original shine.

  • For longevity, we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or entering chlorinated or salt water environments.

  • We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store pieces in a dry place and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear. A full care guide is available on our Wear & Care page.

  • Most of the pieces are available for purchase on island at our booth at the Local Island Fish Fry Kico Pop Up.

    Alternatively, many of our pieces are regularly also available at the Island Organics Boutique in the Salt Mills Plaza in Grace Bay.

  • We currently accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

  • Yes, we ship internationally. For shipments to the US and Canada, there is a fixed $20.00 shipping fee that is added to your order at checkout. For all other destinations, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
    Delivery times depend on your location but for the US and Canada, shipping is usually between 5-8 business days.

  • Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Most pieces ship within our stated processing window. Custom pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly at ordering.

  • Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our pieces, we accept returns on unworn pieces within 7 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

  • We offer repair services for eligible pieces within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us with details and photos for assessment.

    We stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces. If you experience an issue due to workmanship, please contact us within the stated period for resolution.

  • Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Be sure to reference your order number in you inquiry.
