RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your piece. If for any reason it is not quite right, we are here to help.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kicojewellery.com with your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Repairs

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece requires repair due to a manufacturing issue within 30 days of purchase, we will assess and repair at no cost.

Repairs outside of this period may be available for a reasonable service fee.
